RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY – AMERICAN BOOK WAREHOUSE

At American Book Warehouse, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Because we offer non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (eBooks), orders are generally non-refundable once downloaded. However, we offer full refunds under specific eligible circumstances.

30-DAY REFUND ELIGIBILITY:
You are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if:

1. Technical Defect / Corrupted File: The downloaded file is damaged or unreadable, and our technical support cannot provide a working replacement within 24 hours.
2. Wrong File Delivered: You received a title different from what was purchased.
3. Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the exact same ebook twice in a single transaction.
4. Non-Delivery: You did not receive the download link and support was unable to deliver the link after contact.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND:
Email our support team at [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”. Please include your Order ID and a screenshot of the technical issue.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.).
